Residential Interior Repaint

The owner wanted to completely repaint the home due to cigarette smoke buildup and the need for new carpets. A contemporary neutral look was desired with bright white trim for accent.

Due to the nicotine buildup, the textured ceilings were sealed with a low odor/low voc oil based primer followed by a final coat of latex ceiling white. The shutters and wood trim received a 100% acrylic primer with a finish of semi gloss acrylic enamel. The walls were sealed and finished in flat 100% acrylic resin latex with Microban antibacterial agent. This product assists in long term airborne odor control.

The owner was very pleased with the results and is willing to be a reference for us with potential customers.
