Rental Car Maintenance Facility Project
North Charleston, South Carolina
This project consisted of five new maintenance buildings / service centers for
the rental car companies based out of the Charleston International Airport.
There are three different building configurations, but all of them include
automated car wash, maintenance bays, office space, and vehicle service areas.
Trident Construction Co., Inc was the general contractor for this project.
Low Country Painting provided interior and exterior coating services. Epoxy
products were used in the wash bays, maintenance floors, and exterior metal
structures. Oil and latex based products were applied to both exterior and
interior areas as appropriate.
