The owner wanted to give the building an upgrade to
improve overall appeal of the property. A multi-color scheme was selected to
soften the overall look and allow the new hand rails, doors, and awnings to
be the focal point. A 100% acrylic latex was sprayed & back rolled on the
exterior brick. The concrete walkway and landings were painted with an
anti-slip concrete enamel. The fiberglass doors were stained a bright cherry
and sealed with exterior water based varnish.
The property owner and renters are pleased with the new look.
