Low Country Painting, LLC - Residential Project
New Residential Home
John's Island, SC
Tidal Creek Lot

The owners purchased this home on Johns Island at an auction. The home, approximately 3500SF, was completely dried in with sheetrock and ready for finish activities. The owner contracted Low Country Painting, LLC to prep & finish paint the interior & exterior.

We worked closely with the carpenter and electrician in a team approach with direct communication between trades to ensure a quality job for the owner. All Color Wheel (www.colorwheel.com) products were used on the project which was supplied by Lord & Evans Paints.

For the exterior stucco, a masonry conditioner was applied followed by an Optima flat acrylic topcoat. The cementitious siding received the same finish product. The wood trim was fully primed, prep'd and top coated with Optima semi gloss in decorator white.
In the interior, high build primer was used in the large ceiling areas followed by a flat acrylic finish. All other substrates received a primer and two full coats of finish. The finish product was Color Wheel's Solace which is a Low Odor/Low VOC with Micro ban’s antibacterial agent. All trim was finished in Optima semi gloss acrylic decorator white.

The owner was very pleased with the quality and results of the project and has asked us to work on another project with them in Summerville.
