Greg Morlock, the owner of the three Fazoli's restaurants in the Charleston SC
area, wanted to address the need to provide his potential customer's with a more
inviting curb appeal. The metal roof and the vinyl awnings were very faded and
detracting from the vibrant color scheme of the building.
Low Country Painting, LLC provided consulting services to determine various roof
colors that would compliment the building. Computer generated color schemes were
provided and red was selected. However, the original red vinyl awnings were
badly faded and detracted from the overall appearance. These awnings were
painted with the same product used on the roof and the results are obvious.
By putting the buildings on a routine maintenance program, long term curb appeal
can be obtained.
The products and approach used have been adopted by Fazoli's corporate office as
the preferred solution for their franchisees.
